Job Summary
Plating, setting up, and tearing down café, restaurant, and retail areas while managing prep, dish room, dry stock, and perishable food inventories and sanitation. Prepare and present meals following Executive Chef Menus or create, transport, and serve banquet-style food displays for catering events ranging from business lunches to black tie functions. Perform duties in a busy K-12 School Cafe setting with flexible full or part-time schedules.
