Job Summary
Prepare and serve meals to students and staff according to recipes, production records, and safety standards. Maintain a clean, safe kitchen and service area by stocking lines, managing food storage rotation, and ensuring sanitation. Assist with deliveries, inventory organization, and cleaning duties such as sweeping and trash removal. Serve meals courteously to students, staff, and visitors while following all local, state, and federal health regulations. Submit reports and meet assigned deadlines. Full-time Monday through Friday schedule with occasional extended weeks; background check and fingerprint screening required.
Required Qualifications
- Must pass a background check and fingerprint screening
- Reliable transportation required
- Must be able to stand for an entire shift
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
- Full-time schedule Monday through Friday, with occasional extended weeks
Desired Qualifications
- Previous food service or cleaning experience preferred
- Strong work ethic and ability to work well with others
- Comfortable with repetitive tasks and following a routine
- Basic math and computer skills
