Foodservice Worker Flex

Portion and serve food, clean tableware and work areas, and sanitize all foodservice spaces per regulatory standards. Prepare, package, and deliver meals; weigh ingredients; and store supplies in refrigerated areas. Monitor and record temperatures for food and storage units. Read patient meal tickets, confirm identifiers, and interpret recipes and labels. Handle cash transactions as needed. Perform tasks in a clinical environment while adhering to organizational policies. This flex, per diem role requires rotation hours based on staffing needs. Prior food handling experience is preferred.
