Job Summary
Conduct plating, set up, and tear down café, restaurant, and retail areas while assisting in kitchen prep, dish room, and inventory management. Manage banquet-style food displays for catering events ranging from casual lunches to black-tie gatherings. Apply elementary math for portioning and inventory tracking. Work in a hospitality-driven team environment with flexible full or part-time schedules. Learn front and back of house operations in a family-driven company serving Niagara University students.
