Job Summary
Foodservice Supervisor role overseeing café operations in a busy setting for Metz Culinary Management, requiring SERV Safe Certification and experience in commercial/institution dining. Responsibilities include developing rapport with residents, patients and community; managing complaints and public relations; supporting the General Manager with client contracts and inter-department communications; maintaining a safe, sanitary environment; training staff and ensuring ongoing training; performing reporting duties; and handling budgeting and record-keeping. Emphasis on hospitality, staff leadership, and ensuring quality guest experience.
Required Qualifications
- SERV Safe Certification
- Experience in commercial/institution dining such as school or healthcare facility
- Employee Management experience including Scheduling, Disciplinary Measures and Employee Recognition Programs
- Record Keeping and Budget Management
- Create and Submit Reports
