Job Summary
Order food and non-food items from approved vendors, manage stock rotation, and conduct monthly inventories. Maintain clean coolers, freezers, and dry storage areas while developing rapport with residents, patients, and the community. Prioritize complaints, suggestions, and public relations, support the GM on client contracts and department communications, and ensure a safe, sanitary working environment. Train staff and maintain continuing training records. Create and submit reports, manage budgeting, and handle scheduling, disciplinary measures, and employee recognition. Work Sunday through Thursday from 6:00am to 2:30pm with open availability. Requires commercial dining experience, SERV Safe certification, and employee management skills.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in commercial/institution dining such as school or healthcare facility
- SERV Safe Certification
- Employee Management experience including Scheduling, Disciplinary Measures and Employee Recognition Programs
- Record Keeping and Budget Management
- Create and Submit Reports
