Job Summary
Project Manager role focusing on selling foodservice equipment contracts across multiple markets. Responsibilities include designing, specifying, and selling contract jobs; preparing price quotes for bid and negotiated contracts; handling estimating and bid preparation; leveraging strong communication and interpersonal skills; coordinating with architects, general contractors, and foodservice operators; and traveling as required to serve diverse markets in St. Louis, Chicago, Denver, Indianapolis, Detroit, and Ohio. Requires an associate or bachelor’s degree with 1-3 years of relevant experience and experience with layout, design, and project management in the foodservice industry. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required; AutoQuotes and SAP are preferred. Emphasizes teamwork, reliability, integrity, and professional growth with a comprehensive benefits package.
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree or bachelor’s degree and/or 1-3 years of relevant experience
- Experience with layout, design, and project management (preferably within the foodservice industry)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High level of interpersonal skills and diplomacy
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); AutoQuotes proficiency preferred; SAP experience a plus
