Job Summary
Hunt, identify, and pursue sales opportunities within the foodservice industry by building relationships with chefs, restaurant owners, and hospitality operators. Conduct thorough needs assessments, read blueprints, and provide expert consultation on equipment selection and kitchen layouts. Execute targeted cold calling and emailing campaigns, perform on-site visits to assess requirements, and manage the sales process from initial contact to post-sale follow-up. Maintain an organized sales pipeline, track metrics, and report updates to the management team. This commission-eligible role supports TriMark USA's national design and equipment services across New England, New York, and New Jersey, reporting to the Vice President - Contract Sales.
Required Qualifications
- Strong understanding of the foodservice industry, including restaurant operations, kitchen layouts, and equipment functionality
- Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets, preferably in the foodservice or related industry
- Exceptional hunting skills and the ability to build rapport with clients, fostering long-term relationships
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage sales pipelines, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Understanding and interpretation of technical specifications, blueprints, and installation requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent military or practical experience
- Ability to successfully pass a background check post offer acceptance
- Located in New England, New York, or New Jersey
