Job Summary
State-based Foodservice distributor leadership role managing key distributor partnerships across WA, SA and NT. Drive national strategies at a state level, develop customer business plans, promotions and product launches, and maintain communication with customers and internal teams on stock, pricing, claims, and performance. Lead distributor engagement and growth at end-user level in collaboration with Field Managers and the National Account Manager – Foodservice; manage trade spend and ensure adherence to company policies. Requires 5+ years of sales experience in Foodservice/FMCG, strong planning and analytical skills, proficiency with Excel/PowerPoint and CRM tools, and willingness to travel across WA, SA, and NT. Hybrid work arrangement indicated (likely combination of on-site and remote work) with offices in Perth, WA and Adelaide, SA.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years’ sales experience in Foodservice or FMCG
- Experience managing customer relationships and delivering commercial results
- Strong capability in business planning, sales execution and achieving targets
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with CRM/reporting tools (e.g. Salesforce, Power BI, SAP) is advantageous
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to travel across WA, SA and NT as required
