Job Summary
Receive and stock food-related items from vendors, pull orders, and deliver to food stands using company vehicles. Load and unload trucks with material handling equipment while attending Food Safety training. Answer phones and perform light housekeeping duties. Operate a motor vehicle and pass the Park VOP test to become certified as a forklift operator through the SFMM. Must be at least 18 years old, hold a valid CA Driver's License, and have a high school diploma. Lifting up to 50 pounds is required; overtime may be needed. Warehouse experience is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- valid CA Driver's License
- High school Diploma or Equivalent
- Must be able to walk and stand for up to 4 hours at a time
- capable of lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds
- able to operate a motor vehicle
- Constantly walking, sitting, standing, talking, hearing conversation and acuity, seeing near and far, depth perception, color vision, grasping and using finger movement
- Frequently working in temperature change, extreme cold, heat, sun, wetness, humidity, and heights
- Working with fumes and dust
- All lifts over 51 lbs require assistance from a co-worker or the use of a mechanical device
- Overtime of adults may be required from time to time in order to accommodate the business need
- Will be required to take and pass the Park VOP test
- become certified as a forklift operator through the SFMM forklift certification
