Job Summary
Operate the food truck independently to prepare and serve coffee and food, perform setup and pack-down, maintain food safety, process orders and payments, and deliver a welcoming customer experience. Responsibilities include autonomous driving to locations, equipment maintenance, coffee and beverage preparation, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring health and safety compliance. Weekend availability and ability to work in a fast-paced mobile hospitality environment are required. Highly desirable: Food Safety Certificate, Barista training, experience with Square, and experience with food trucks.
