Job Summary
Manage food truck operations for Slim Chickens, drive sales, ensure food safety and quality, handle inventory and ordering, develop client relationships, and train staff to deliver strong customer service. Role requires food service experience, strong communication, multitasking, and a valid driver’s license to operate an 18’ Ford Truck with air brakes; candidate should be capable of lifting up to 40 pounds and driving the truck. Location based in California, MD with full-time schedule and potential bonus opportunities.
Required Qualifications

- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Experienced driving a large vehicle with an Air Brakes
