Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 16 years old (under 18 requires working permit)
- Able to work on your feet for the full duration of a shift
- Must possess the ability to work 25+ hours per week with emphasis on weekends (Friday-Sunday availability is required)
- Must be willing to work rotating holidays at manager's discretion
- Must be able to follow professional grooming standards
- Able to lift 35 pounds to waist level
- Able to work as part of a team by helping others as needed or requested
- Able to speak clearly and listen attentively to guests and other employees
- Able to display a positive and enthusiastic approach to all assignments
- Able to exhibit a cheerful and helpful attitude, and provide exceptional customer service
- Able to adapt to changing business volume levels with a sense of urgency
- Able to demonstrate a complete understanding of the menu
- Able to be cross-trained in all areas of the kitchen and line
