Job Summary
The Food-To-Go Cashier Server is responsible for taking and processing customer orders, ensuring timely delivery of food and beverages, and handling payments. Ideal candidates will thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrate strong organizational and multitasking skills, and provide excellent customer service. Teamwork and flexibility in work hours are essential, as well as the ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods. Previous experience is preferred but not mandatory, as training will be provided.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must submit to a background check prior to starting any cash handling position
- Must pass Luby's Cashier Certification criteria
- Must possess excellent customer service skills
- Must be a team player
- Must be able to lift, push, pull, or carry objects up to 25 pounds
- Must be able to stand for several hours and walk for long periods of time
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience working with a Point of Sale (POS) system
- Good organizational skills
