Job Summary
Supervises food service staff to ensure optimum service and guest satisfaction; conducts opening and closing duties, monitors storage areas with FIFO, conducts inventories and requisitions supplies; oversees dining room seating, safety, and guest well-being; assists management with hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, and motivating employees; enforces safety policies, protects company assets, and upholds the Guarantee of Fair Treatment/Open Door Policy; maintains professional appearance and communication, develops positive working relationships, and seeks efficiencies to improve quality, safety, and cost-savings; reads and visually verifies information and operates tools and equipment; able to stand or walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds; willing to perform other reasonable duties as requested by Supervisors.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
- At least 2 years of related work experience
- At least 1 year of supervisory experience
- License or Certification: None
