Job Summary
Supervise dining room staff to ensure guest needs are met, oversee opening/closing duties, inventory and supply management, and maintain cleanliness and safety standards. Conduct hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, and coaching employees; serve as a role model and support Open Door Policy. Ensure FIFO storage, complete maintenance work orders, monitor seating availability, safety, and guest well‐being, and uphold company policies on grooming, confidentiality, and asset protection. Foster teamwork, communicate clearly, and aim to improve efficiency, productivity, quality, safety, and cost savings. Must be able to stand for long periods, perform lifting up to 50 pounds, and navigate stairs or ramps as needed. Education: High school diploma or GED; Related work experience: at least 2 years; Supervisory experience: at least 1 year. License or Certification: None.
