Food Services Supervisor responsible for overseeing dining-room operations, ensuring optimum service, maintaining grooming and attire standards, completing opening/closing duties, managing inventory and supplies, and ensuring safety and quality. Assists management with hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, and motivating staff; acts as a role model and enforces the Guarantee of Fair Treatment/Open Door Policy. Drives improvements in efficiency, productivity, quality, safety, and cost-savings while upholding company policies and guest-focused service. Requires strong communication, teamwork, problem-solving, and a commitment to hospitality excellence.

Required Qualifications

  • Related Work Experience: At least 2 years of related work experience
  • Supervisory Experience: At least 1 year of supervisory experience
