Food Services Supervisor

Ensure staff operates as a cohesive team to meet guest needs, inspect grooming and attire, and rectify deficiencies. Complete opening and closing duties, including setting up supplies, cleaning equipment, and organizing storage areas using FIFO. Monitor dining rooms for seating availability, service, safety, and guest well-being while completing maintenance work orders. Assist management with hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, and coaching employees; serve as the first point of contact for the Open Door Policy. Follow all safety policies, report accidents, and ensure adherence to quality standards while identifying methods to increase efficiency and cost-savings. Welcome and acknowledge guests, assist individuals with disabilities, and maintain professional relationships with colleagues.
