Job Summary
Ensure cleanliness in all on-site dining areas, beverage stations, and break areas. Assist with food preparation, product rotation, and inventory tracking while maintaining food safety standards. Support meal delivery, serving guests, and workstation setup across culinary, hospitality, and porter teams. Switch roles as instructed to fill staffing gaps and meet time and quality targets. Carry heavy items up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalency certificate
- 4+ years of experience in food preparation, customer service, or other food services support roles
- Ability to work all shifts and available for overtime and weekends, as needed
- Ability to carry large heavy items, such as dishes in tubs or trays unassisted (up to 25 lbs.)
- Ability to stand for long periods of time – up to 10 hours a day
- Ability to work all shifts and available for extended hours and weekends, as needed
- Ability to perform frequent bending, stooping, and lifting of objects
- U.S. citizen or national
- U.S. lawful, permanent resident (aka green card holder)
- Refugee under 8 U.S.C. § 1157
- Asylee under 8 U.S.C. § 1158
- Eligible to obtain the required authorizations from the U.S. Department of State
Desired Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in food preparation, customer service, or other food services support roles
- Ability to take initiative in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Possession or willingness to obtain food handler's card
- Experience working in a high-volume output environment
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, Excel, and Outlook primarily)
- Sound understanding of food safety and sanitation practices
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
