Job Summary
Manage assigned contracts generating at least $2 million in revenue, overseeing adherence to requirements, company policies, and fiscal performance. Lead pricing negotiations for Request for Proposals and maintain ongoing communication with contract points of contact. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations including OSHA, EPA, and DOL standards while promoting a safe work environment. Interview, select, and train team members to enhance productivity and retention, managing weekly schedules, timesheets, and expense reports. Supervise multiple contract sites with varying services, ensuring all safety training is documented and maintained. Requires a valid driver's license, satisfactory driving record, and ability to pass regulatory background screening.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience in food service or a related field
- Minimum of two (2) years of supervisory experience
- Advanced knowledge/experience of work described in contract operations
- Eligibility requirements for work assignment on specified contract(s)
- Ability to manage multiple contract sites with varying services
- Valid driver's license in the state they reside
- Satisfactory driving record
- Insurable under the corporate policy
- Ability to pass all required regulatory/security background screening
