Job Summary
Food Service Manager of Concessions responsible for planning, supervision and coordination of all Food Service areas, including supervising staff in food preparation, maintaining inventory levels, ensuring labor and revenue standards are met, and preparing annual budgets and income projections. Oversees cash handling procedures and maintains cleanliness and safety of Concession and Catering areas; reports to the Assistant Director of Front-of-House Operations. Exempt under FLSA and requires time worked beyond 40 hours per week. Role emphasizes high-volume, fast-paced operations with a focus on staff supervision, budgetary control, sanitation certification, and compliance with equal opportunity employment policies.
Required Qualifications
- Required certification in Food Service sanitation
- Valid driver’s license
- At least 21 years of age
- 3-5 years of experience in food service management
- Degree in Food Services, Business, or related field preferred
