Food Services Leader

Shift Leaders supervise restaurant staff and general operations, provide exceptional customer service, assist managers with tasks to keep facilities well-maintained and running smoothly, and demonstrate knowledge of store operations and PFJ’s quality standards. The role requires excellent customer service skills, ability to work as part of a team with various colleagues, proficiency with a calculator and computer, and a flexible schedule that includes nights, days, weekends, and holidays.
