Job Summary
Supervise employees and oversee general restaurant operations while maintaining a customer-focused culture. Respond to customer needs with excellent service skills and assist managers with facility maintenance tasks to ensure smooth running. Maintain knowledge of store operations and proficiency with calculators, computers, and other equipment. Work as part of a team interacting with hourly staff, customers, vendors, and corporate representatives. Maintain a flexible schedule covering nights, days, weekends, and holidays. Background check required.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience or working knowledge of restaurant operations
- Incredible customer service skills & the ability to help maintain a customer focused culture
- Must be proficient with a calculator, computer, and other equipment
- Ability to work as part of a team and interact with different levels from hourly team members, customers, vendors, and corporate representatives
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule of nights, days, weekends, and holidays
- Background check is required
