Job Summary
Shift Leaders supervise restaurant operations and the team, delivering customer-focused service and supporting managers to keep facilities running smoothly. The role requires strong customer service, basic calculator/computer proficiency, and the ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, days, weekends, and holidays. Knowledge of store operations and PFJ’s commitment to quality is important; the candidate should be self-motivated and able to assist with tasks as needed to maintain operation and guest satisfaction.
