Job Summary
Shift Leader responsible for supervising employees and overall restaurant operations, delivering excellent customer service, supporting managers with tasks to keep facilities well-maintained and running smoothly, and ensuring PFJ quality and customer service. Requires knowledge of store operations, the ability to work with diverse team members and vendors, strong math/computer skills, and a flexible schedule that includes nights, days, weekends, and holidays. Individual will collaborate with hourly team members, customers, vendors, and corporate representatives to maintain a customer-focused culture. Background check is required. Required Qualifications
