Job Summary
Supervise employees and oversee general restaurant operations while maintaining a customer-focused culture. Respond to customer needs and assist managers with facility maintenance tasks to ensure smooth running. Apply excellent customer service skills to interact with hourly team members, customers, vendors, and corporate representatives. Work flexible shifts including nights, days, weekends, and holidays. Proficient with calculators, computers, and other equipment required for store operations.
Required Qualifications
