Job Summary
Supervise employees and manage general restaurant operations, ensuring facilities remain well-maintained and running smoothly. Respond to customer needs with excellent service skills while assisting managers with executed tasks. Maintain knowledge of store operations and support a customer-focused culture by interacting with hourly team members, customers, vendors, and corporate representatives. Proficient with calculators, computers, and other equipment. Work a flexible schedule including nights, days, weekends, and holidays. Background check required.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience or working knowledge of restaurant operations
