Job Summary
Responsible for day-to-day operations of a food service operation at CoxHealth's Springfield location. Directs and supervises staff in alignment with the Missouri Food Code. Requires basic cafeteria/food service knowledge, cash register familiarity, and the ability to stand for long periods. Must be able to follow directions, work as part of a team, and demonstrate basic reading, writing, math, and computer skills. Physical requirements include standing for long periods and the ability to climb, carry, pull, or push up to 50 pounds. Food safety and sanitation knowledge is preferred. Rotating shifts with varied hours; benefits available for 20+ hours/week.
