Job Summary
Oversee staff to ensure optimum service and guest satisfaction; inspect grooming/attire, complete opening/closing duties, manage storage/FIFO, conduct inventories and requisitions, monitor dining room safety and seating, and process maintenance work orders. Assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, and coaching employees; serve as role model and uphold the Open Door policy. Ensure compliance with safety/security policies, report incidents, maintain confidentiality, and protect company assets. Maintain professional communication, foster positive relationships, and support teamwork to reach goals. Strive to improve quality, efficiency, productivity, safety, and cost-savings; read/verify information, inspect tools/equipment, and perform required physical tasks including standing for long periods and lifting up to 50 pounds. Adhere to dress code and hospitality standards and respond to guest needs with genuine appreciation.
