Job Summary
Food Services Manager for Woodward Elementary School oversees school food service operations, ensures meals are served appealingly, maintains cleanliness of serving areas and related paraphernalia, participates in assembling and heating foods, performs cashiering and basic accounting, assists with ordering and menu planning, maintains simple daily records, supports Cooks or Bakers in food preparation, and collaborates with other staff to complete tasks. The role requires independent work, effective communication with students, staff and the public, adherence to safety and health standards, and flexibility to handle multiple deadlines within a school environment. Reports to the Northborough and Southborough Food Services Manager; must attend to duties with punctual attendance and perform additional assignments as requested by district leadership.
