Job Summary
Prepare, pack, and display a range of breads, pastries, sweet treats, hot foods, and seasonal items to entice customers. Comply with food safety and hygiene standards by checking temperatures, dating products, disposing of waste, and cleaning food areas. Replenish stock to maintain availability while keeping shelves tidy and full of well-presented products. Serve customers by answering questions and proactively offering help, building knowledge of products, services, and promotions to provide recommendations. Work flexibly across the store as required, maintaining a clean, clutter-free environment and using initiative to solve problems.
