Job Summary
Food Services Assistant provides part-time support for meals and cafeteria service. Responsibilities include planning daily activities to ensure timely service and cleanup of meals; portioning and serving food neatly; maintaining portion control; labeling and dating opened/prepped/leftover items; assembling patient trays and late trays; serving cafeteria customers; transporting patient tray conveyors to patient units when volunteers are unavailable. Requires every-other-weekend and holiday rotation with scheduling flexibility to meet department needs. Education: High School Diploma or equivalent preferred. Experience: food service experience preferred. On-site role in St. Marys, OH. Grand Lake Health System is an equal opportunity employer and at-will.
