Job Summary
Lead and support a team of stand supervisors and associates across assigned locations to ensure consistent, high-quality guest experiences. Train and motivate staff, enforce food safety and sanitation standards, monitor stock and assist with supplier orders, coordinate between food preparation and service, address issues promptly with management, foster a collaborative management culture, and engage guests to maintain a positive, energetic atmosphere during peak periods while upholding Six Flags policies.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as a supervisor in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards; ability to pass ServSafe Alcohol and ServSafe Manager
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and peak seasons
- Professional, outgoing, energetic, self-motivated personality with strong leadership and motivational skills
- Comfortable with POS systems
- Strong communication skills
