Job Summary
Prepare and serve school meals, maintain sanitation and food safety, follow standardized recipes, use institutional foodservice equipment (ovens, steam kettles, fryers, steam tables, etc.), check food quality and holding temperatures, store deliveries, portion control, and maintain hygiene and cleanliness in the cafeteria. Roles include operating and cleaning equipment, following policies, communicating effectively, and performing related duties as assigned by management for 7-hour or 4.5-hour shifts.
