Job Summary
Prepare, cook, and plate meals for patients, staff, and special events following specific recipes and portion guidelines. Maintain sanitation and food safety protocols, monitor and order food supplies, and assist in other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Prior experience in a healthcare setting is required.
- Proficient in cooking and food prep techniques.
- Strong understanding od food safety, sanitation, and nutrition.
- Ability to read and follow recipes and dietary instructions accurately.
- Knowledge of operation of kitchen equipment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be able to pass a nationwide background check and a drug screening test.
