Food Service Worker with Cashing-West Buffalo Charter School

Prepare and portion meals according to standardized recipes and menu guidelines. Serve students and staff courteously while operating a point-of-sale system for transactions. Set up serving lines, salad bars, and condiment stations, then maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all equipment and work areas. Comply with federal, state, and local food safety regulations while managing inventory, rotating supplies, and maintaining accurate production and temperature logs. Support special dietary needs and allergy accommodations under supervision. Work effectively with team members and communicate professionally with students and staff. Perform other duties as assigned by the Food Service Manager or Supervisor.
