Job Summary
Assist manager with food/meal preparation and maintain sanitation and kitchen safety practices. Prepare quality food and baked goods according to a planned menu; complete daily transaction reports and verify meals; ensure proper storage of food; serve according to schedules and department policies; use and care of kitchen equipment (knives); coordinate major cleaning of refrigerators, freezers, and cooking/serving equipment; adhere to food safety regulations and uniform policy; connect with the manager daily to align on the menu; supervise food temperature requirements; maintain a clean, organized work area; perform other duties as assigned, including other kitchen areas. Required Qualifications
- Food Service Certificate as needed
