Food Service Worker - Tray Line Evenings (28 hours per week)

Conduct patient tray assembly and delivery, manage dish area and salad bar operations, and perform short order cooking or grill duties as needed. Restock food and small wares supplies to established par levels, prepare food and beverage requests accurately, and handle cash transactions for tray charges and retail items. Maintain clean and sanitary production and dish washing areas while adhering to Public Health District standards. Complete dish and ware washing duties, manage retail food items, and limit over production to control waste. Requires ANSI Accredited Food Handler Training within 30 days. Shifts include evenings at Carle Health locations across central and southeastern Illinois.
