Food Service Worker

Prepare food, service, and delivery in the diet kitchen and tray line while appropriately using chemicals and sanitizing service ware, equipment, and areas. Perform pot and pan washing, dishwasher functions, pulling trays from patient food carts, scraping, running dishes through the dish machine, and retrieving dishes at the exit end. Maintain trash disposal, food preparation and service, and cashiering duties. Provide sanitary handling, preparation, display, and storage of food and supplies mainly in the Cafeteria.
