Job Summary
Assist in the preparation of hot and/or cold foods, properly store food using temperature requirements and spoilage knowledge, and set up stations with entrées, soups, salads, breads, condiments, and utensils. Interact with guests in serving, retail, and dining areas while following proper guest service procedures including smiling, making eye contact, and greeting guests. Clean and sanitize workstations and equipment following all client and regulatory rules and procedures. Maintain a fast pace and ability to multitask when performing duties. Weekday and weekend shifts available from 4:00 to 8:30pm. Previous food service experience preferred.
