Job Summary
Set up all stations and perform positions in the Food & Nutrition Department main kitchen, then break down stations completely to ensure they are cleaned and sanitized. Execute floor stock procedures, clean and sanitize equipment and food surfaces per established protocols, and assure all food items are accurately dated, labeled, and rotated prior to storage or sale. Use proper utensils to ensure accurate portions while performing other reasonable duties as assigned. Work an evening shift from 4:00pm to 8:00pm with weekend and holiday rotation at St. Luke's Hospital in New Bedford, MA.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to follow written instructions
- Must be fully vaccinated against seasonal Influenza and the COVID 19 virus or to be exempt from the requirement for medical or personal reasons by signing a statement certifying you are choosing to be exempt from vaccination once hired
- Experience with proper food safety/sanitary procedures
