Job Summary
Food Service Worker Senior at The Brigham and Women's Hospital (Mass General Brigham) onsite at 50 Staniford Street, Boston, MA. Leads and guides junior staff in a range of food service duties, including assigning and monitoring work, ensuring items follow standardized recipes and preparation methods, presenting items to customers at proper temperatures with appropriate garnishment, cutting and arranging desserts, prepping meats and vegetables, and maintaining organization and cleanliness of storage and preparation areas. Requires ability to work independently and as part of a team, with moderate physical effort and the ability to lift 50+ pounds. Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent; Licenses/Credentials: ServSafe Food Handler Certification (ServeSafe preferred); Experience: 5-7 years in related roles. Rotating shifts; onsite work; hourly pay range $18.58-$26.58. EEO employer.
