Food Service Worker

Handle, prepare, and serve food in accordance with written menus and sanitation regulations while maintaining inventory control and safe food handling practices. Restock cafeteria supplies, prepare cafeteria food service, and deliver meals to customers. Maintain sanitation of work areas, dishes, and equipment. Assist with cashier and dishwasher responsibilities as necessary. Work a full-time swing shift starting at 5:45 AM, including weekends. This position is part of the Nutrition Department, which provides quality, nutritious meals to patients and families in a non-medical capacity to support their recovery.
