Job Summary
Assist with meal preparation, food portioning, and serving residents in a courteous manner. Prepare dining areas before meals, clean up afterward, and wash dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards throughout the kitchen and dining areas, store food and supplies properly, and follow food safety, infection control, and workplace safety procedures.
