Job Summary
Assist in preparing and storing hot and cold foods while setting up stations with entrées, soups, salads, breads, condiments, and utensils. Interact with guests in serving, retail, and dining areas by greeting them, making eye contact, and following proper service procedures. Clean and sanitize workstations and equipment in compliance with client and regulatory rules. Maintain a fast pace and ability to multitask while performing duties. This full-time role at PennWest University Dining Hall in Clarion, PA, includes Sunday through Thursday shifts with Friday and Saturday off.
Required Qualifications
- Previous food service experience preferred
- Strong work ethic
- Ability to communicate with other team members and other departments with professionalism and respect
- Maintain a professional relationship with all team members, vendor representatives, supervisors, managers, customers, and client representatives
- Must be available Sunday from 9:30 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
- Must be available Monday through Thursday from 9:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
- Must be available Friday and Saturday off
- Must pass pre-employment drug testing
