Job Summary
Input sales into POS systems, continuously check product levels, and clean work areas including dishes, coffee machines, and countertops. Prepare food and cook entrees, specifically house-made pizzas, pretzels, and sausages. Assist customers with order selection and recommendations, count cash drawers for deposits, and report food quality or quantity issues to the supervisor. Perform various periodically scheduled large cleaning projects. This fast-paced restaurant/brewery environment requires lifting up to 50 lbs and includes moderate to loud noise levels.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Municipality of Anchorage Food Handler's Card or ServSafe Certification contingent upon thirty (30) days of hire
- Six (6) months of cashier experience
- Six (6) months of related food service experience
- Six (6) months of customer service experience
- Contract requires employees to speak, understand, read and write English
Desired Qualifications
- One (1) year of customer service experience
- One (1) year of food prep or related experience
