Job Summary
Under the supervision of the Production Manager, competently fill in for any and all dietary positions as trained and assigned. Perform a variety of food service duties and other related tasks, including food preparation, daily operations, and customer service. Maintain a Food Handler's Permit and obtain ServSafe certification where applicable. Requires two years of food service experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting and a high school diploma. Pay ranges from $19.19 to $28.55 with evening, night, and weekend shift differentials plus a 15% per diem premium.
