Job Summary
Operate the point of sale system and assist customers during check-out while greeting and thanking guests entering and exiting the café. Set up and restock product displays, coolers, and workstations; prepare grab-and-go items, bake cookies, and maintain the salad bar by washing, peeling, and cutting produce. Wash dishes by hand or in dishwashers, remove trash, and ensure dining areas remain clean and orderly. This front-of-house role requires excellent customer service skills, the ability to lift up to 40 pounds, and a dependable attitude. You will work full-time in Pennsauken, NJ, reporting to the Chef Manager.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous food/customer service experience preferably within a corporate dining setting
- Must be dependable
- Excellent customer service skills
- Must be able to pull and lift up to 40 pounds
- Must be able to work independently
- Must be a team player
