Prepare quality food and baked goods according to a planned menu, serving items according to meal schedules while adding garnishments for eye appeal. Maintain cash receipts and meal records by completing daily reports that verify transactions. Ensure food storage is accurate and sanitary, scrubbing counters, sanitizing steam tables, and coordinating major cleaning of refrigerators and freezers. Adhere to all food safety regulations and the uniform policy while connecting with the manager daily to understand and accurately prepare the menu. Perform other duties as assigned, including ware washing and maintaining garbage collection sites, under physical demands involving lifting, bending, and extended standing.
