Food Service Worker

Food Service Worker at Lucile Packard Children’s Hospital Stanford performs preparation, assembly, and distribution/delivery of patient trays, retail and catering services, and other food-related duties in a timely, sanitary manner with strong customer service. Responsibilities include maintaining the dish room, washing dishes, and supporting food service areas; can involve training of new employees. Requires adherence to Joint Commission standards, safety, sanitation, and HACCP records, and collaboration with hospital staff to ensure quality service. Must be able to work as part of a team in a hospital dining environment, handling kitchen operations, food preparation, cashiering, and catering support as assigned.
